Nurturing Parenting Program*
Parenting Facilitator Training
This is a 3-day, family-based, parent educator program, with a proven track record, preventing the recurrence of child abuse and neglect. It is for people working in social service agencies, childcare facilities, prevention programs, schools, community service boards, faith-based organizations, women centers, and many other agencies/organizations committed to helping families and children in their communities to prevent child maltreatment.
The Nurturing Parenting Program* is an evidence-based program recognized by the National Registry of Evidence-based Parenting Programs and Practices (NREPP), a branch of Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA).

Our entire nation's economic health and societal well-being are significantly enhanced when parents have the skills to help their kids start school prepared to learn, develop the social skills necessary to pay attention and work in teams, and grow up to be productive adults.
The Responsible Parenting Campaign and April is Parenting Awareness Month Indiana are excellent tools to celebrate people raising children and call attention to the need for effective and responsible parenting to protect the wellbeing of children and is a good fit when promoting or sponsoring "bring your child to work day" or as a skill builder.
