Assess Needs and Manpower
Getting start is easy.  Here are a few helpful ground rules as you get your event or activity off to a successful finish.

The most important consideration is whether you are going it alone or whether its a group or organization effort.

A Solo Performance
If you're going it alone pick the easy stuff to do.  Even send an email or text to your buds about PAMI is still getting the message out there.  You may even want to place a poster in your window so that it piques the curisoty of your neighbors or take a poster to your barber, grocer, hairdresser, co-worker, family, etc.

The idea is to make it easy on yourself.  The messages we see, read, and hear are important we retain.  The benefit here is you can do what you want and getting it done fast.

State and Local Orgaizations
If this is your first time supporting PAMI.  Let us say right off the bat, you are going to love it.  People in your organization or business will appreciate the fact that you are not only showing support for them in their roles as parents and caregivers but that you are also showing others that you care and are socially involved in issues that impact families today and the next generation.

You will find most of the PAMI information helpful whether you are planning a community outreach or to acknowledge, inform, and celebrate your clients.

Share Your PAMI Event With Us
This year we begin tracking PAMI activities and events. We have set a lofty PAMI goal to reach at least 100,000 families this year.  Your input will let us know if we reach our goal.

Additionally, we want to share your success with other PAMI partners.  We've put together an online and a printable "PAMI Share Experience" form that address the specific information we need.  We have also added a Chat Forum.  You can use this Board to share info with others as well.

Our goal is to bring the best ideas and resources to people raising Hoosier children.
