JOY Project: Indiana Parenting Institute

A 501(c)3 nonprofit tax-exempt organization.

FREE to Eligible Parents: Includes all the above opportunities plus class materials, snacks, and work internship.

Participant must complete job readiness training, parenting classes, and work internship to receive job referral assistance and a certificate. Each applicant must complete registration, the assessment process and must attend orientation.

Eligibility: TANF-eligible single parents with children under the age of 18 transitioning from system dependency, spousal abandonment (via separation, divorce or death), homelessness, domestic violence, incarceration, addiction, individuals becoming single parents for the 1st time and women transitioning to self-sufficiency.

Certificate of Completion for parenting and job readiness training.
